Document retrieval from civil registries and archives
We obtain duplicate certificates and archival records from Ukrainian registries — often the first step before apostille and translation for people already abroad.
If a document is lost, damaged or left behind in Ukraine, we retrieve a duplicate from the civil-registry (ДРАЦС) offices or from state archives. We then arrange the apostille and notarised translation where needed — all within a single order.
This is convenient when you are abroad and cannot apply in person: we act by power of attorney and deliver the finished document however suits you.
